Michael Sellecchia has been a co-portfolio manager of the Tocqueville Phoenix Fund since February 2021. Mr. Sellecchia joined the Advisor in 2009. Prior to joining Tocqueville, he spent one year at Delafield Asset Management, a division of Reich & Tang Asset Management LLC. Earlier, he spent two years with a small private equity firm and one year with UBS doing equity research. Mr. Sellecchia received his B.A. in Economics from Boston College.

- Seek companies influenced by special situations, such as management changes, mergers and acquisitions, or hidden or under-appreciated assets
James Maxwell, CFA, is a co-portfolio manager of The Tocqueville Phoenix Fund and The Tocqueville Select Fund. Prior to joining Tocqueville in 2009, Mr. Maxwell spent three years at Delafield Asset Management. Mr. Maxwell graduated Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University and holds the CFA designation.

Tim Steele is an artist living in New York City and the founder of Tim Steele Design. As a career artist, he has also expanded into the related disciplines of interior design and contemporary structures.
With solo and group exhibitions spanning 20 years, Tim’s abstract pieces are shown in galleries, public spaces and in private collections around the world. An extension of his painting, his interior work includes NYC apartments, private homes, executive offices and entire commercial floors. With an interest in utilizing recycled and new materials, Tim is also creating modular structures that are based on shipping containers.
