Gross Expense Ratio: 1.28% Net Expense Ratio:1.26% (post fee waivers) The Advisor has contractually agreed to waive management fees and/or reimburse expenses in order to ensure that Fund's expense ratio does not exceed 1.25% (excluding taxes, interest expense, acquired fund fees and expenses, or extraordinary expenses such as litigation) until at least 3/1/2015. In the absence of these fee waivers, total returns would be lower. The Fund's performance does not reflect the redemption fee. If deducted, the fee would reduce the performance quoted. |
