Mr. Hathaway has 38 years investment experience. He joined Tocqueville in 1998 and is the Portfolio Manager for all Tocqueville Gold products, a member of the Investment Committee and a Director of Tocqueville Management Corp., the General Partner of Tocqueville Asset Management. Prior to joining Tocqueville he was President, Chief Investment Officer, and Portfolio Manager for Oak Hall Advisors from 1989-1996. He was Portfolio Manager for Hudson Capital Advisors from 1986-1989 and a Partner at David J. Greene & Company (investment advisory) from 1976-1984. Mr. Hathaway holds a BA from Harvard College, an MBA from the University of Virginia, and is a CFA charter holder.
